Kat has been on the radar for a while, with conversations about a possible move taking place back in July 2021, but due to her University commitments it wasn't the right time, but Manager James Eveleigh remained in touch and after completing her four year course at the University of Bristol we have finally got our player!

Kat, who has been plying her trade for the past four years with the University of Bristol Women's team came along to one our open sessions and instantly looked like she had been part of the team for years. Her warm and infectious personality matched by her no nonsense defensive abilities make her a great fit here at SGS Olveston United Women and we are delighted she has accepted the offer to join us ahead of our debut season in the South West Regional League.

First Team Assistant Manager Mark Butt said "Kat has really impressed us in the short time she has been with us, demonstrating a positive attitude both on and off the pitch. Even when Estelle (S&C Coach) is pushing the players hard in the gym, Kat has a smile on her face and is pushing herself to be the best version of herself. She will be a thorn in many a striker's sides this season and we cant wait to see her in competitive action soon!'
